'96 with just under 140k on it. It's been pretty good car but not lately. Thing that bothers me the most about it is the wonderful 3 speed auto. Like seriously? Wtf was GM thinking? The car can't get out of its own way.
So, I have a car that is becoming unreliable and a car with a blown motor. FML right?
Question. Rebuild the SVT and deal with the sunfire(and it's increasing issues) till next fall, or pay off SVT(have it sit longer with blown motor) and buy newer car. Use money from Pontiac and then save more money to rebuild focus....I have some serious decisions to make in the next couple months.
I guess I could do a "cheap rebuild" and just put OEM pistons/parts etc back in it. Then build motor AND turbo at the same time.

On a different note, anyone have any experience with Rent-A-Center? I have a phone interview with them today. From information I've gathered online it doesn't appear to be a position I'll take, we'll see I guess.

|sbc17||It's just dumb stuff. It won't start now. Pretty sure it's ignition related. I just need to pay off the SVT and buy a mk3...something new and no problems.|

|klodkrawler05||Right? I keep thinking how fun it'd be to have a fleet of half a dozen of those things to rip around a combination pump track/motocross track|
