Chas So, is it just fan, sort of like installing a ceiling fan + duct work to vent in roof? Would I have to cut into roof?

I literally might pay someone to put this in my roof within the next year.

Attic fan ftw!

Today sucks. Just light enough rain to work but heavy enough to really want to go home :/

Chas Looks great, dude!

I got my tires rotated and oil changed over lunch, first one outside the dealer. (free til 24k). Feels good to get that done.

kylesvt720 Except you never fully own the property, as it can be taken for back taxes... Also you 100% did lose the argument, your "black hole" falls flat. Buying a home can be just as much or more of a black hole than renting. Again, it's not black and white.

Yes working on the home, being able to call it "your own" and to improve it is nice, (why do you think I want to buy one at some point.) These are feeling things, that doesn't mean it always makes financial sense. Also pro tip, you are paying someone else for their house right now, it's not yours until it's paid off.
