RPMisChris thanks all, I think I will just avoid the scoop and spend my money elsewhere for now.

UnbridledCarnage i wouldnt do it. we have a had a few members put the "rag top" sunroof on top and thats a cool idea, cant remember his name but it was an 08-11. that would be better than a roof scoop. every time i see a honda/acura with one of those, i almost pee my pants

Buickboy Pros: Fresh air

Cons: cutting a hole in your roof for no good reason, looking like a tool:

I would just roll the windows down

GreySkorpion Or just roll down your windows, those are hideous.....

5characters "As used by many works rally teams this is the complete kit including the external roof scoop along with the internal directional vents for driver and co-driver"

I would say it can br shut off, but you should contact somebody who works at Rallylane, and out of the ones you have posted I like the 1st one more.

Here is another option.

07 zx3 Roof Scoop Opinion/Question

I am thinking of installing a functional roof scoop and would like to know the pros and cons to doing so. I have looked this up quite a bit and am finding old information. Also, my car does not have A/C.

I am looking at these:

does this scoop have an open/close vent or is it always open?

The second one is kinda lame so if you have any better suggestions for me, post em.

Thanks all!
