Jburks So I was able to get my COBB exhaust hangers installed today. Turns out the twist in one is much harder to get out and put back in than I originally anticipated. I was a little surprised at just how weak the stock hangers were compared to the COBB. Definitely a worthwhile upgraded for people with aftermarket exhausts.

How would you know? Without a datalog you would have literally no idea what the afr is. I do have I/E/H logs and your afr is way off. Previously a member ruined his motor with a header and no tune.

Jburks you are the first person I've read that has mentioned this issue. I will say IMO the mounts should help. I have clearance issues with my header too but a different kind. mine sits to close to the front sway bar/cross member. Under hard acceleration it would hit. The mounts all but eliminated any issues. I still sometimes get a rattling sound when i reverse but that's it.

There is less than half an inch space. Barely enough to get my pinky finger in the space. Under heavy acceleration it sounds like it's tapping the firewall. But I'm upgrading all motor mounts on the focus. May end up swapping the e focus mount out for the Cobb RMM in the future lol
