I read somewhere that it helps to pull the side panel to make it easier/possible to access the A/C panel and shifter panel.

How did you get the A/C panel out in the first place?

Papo_Wii Question that I have. I take everything out and when I get everything back together my airbag light still on. Anybody else have that issue?

TheHumbleGeek Sorry mishka, missed your last posts! To get the shifter bezel out, you have to pull kinda firmly where the clips are in each corner. If you have a plastic trim tool, it really will help. I don't, but when i was pulling up, the gear indicator popped out and i used that to pull up on the bezel until i was able to CAREFULLY slip a knife blade under the silver bezel. I used the blade to put alittle pressure on the clip while i pulled up from the bottom of where the shift boot is. It will eventually unclip. Mine did so rather suddenly and at first i thought i broke it. I checked and it was fine. Once you get that bezel out, you should be able to get the climate control panel out.

mishka hey just did this now i'm and got that side panel out fine but now I can't wiggle out the A/C panel . I can't see anything holding it in but there is. Do I just have to pull pretty hard at the bottom edge? Something at the bottom is holding it in

mishka ok thanks. for now it gives me time to decide how I want to do the A/C panel and the shifter panel. I noticed the ambient light shines straight onto the A/C panel . I have some bright blue vinyl from old rally stripes sitting around I might try to create some more contrast... will post pics
