wannabe_svt I'm picking it up for a few hundred bucks but it needs a minor rebuild. A buddy of mines is hooking me IP with it.

ViperThreat How cheap are you getting the SVT engine? I am picking a replacement up soon myself.

wannabe_svt I wish that was an option. My funds aren't unlimited and I'm getting the svt motor cheap. If I go 2.3 I'm gonna basically need a whole car for the wiringand I don't have a place to store it.

ViperThreat If you plan on doing an engine swap, dont bother with the SVT engine. Go snag a 2.3l duratec block and get the fswerks turbo kit. That will be a much better option for you.

wannabe_svt I posted it because in this section because I wasn't sure of where it should be since I am thinking of doing it with an SVT motor. Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I do appreciate the help. Thanks

DEMENTED SVTF Why post in the svt section? This is a forced induction topic lol. But u can use a stock zetec manifold like the zetec fswerks kit does. Or the spa cast iron manifold these would be the cheapest. Or the edelbrock zetec manifolds

Short tube header made for turbo??

As the title states, I am trying to find out if it would be possible to make a short runner exhaust manifold work for a turbo setup? I can weld a V band adapter to it or whichever flange works better. If that's not possible, has anyone made their own manifold? I am capable of making one just not sure of the measurements. Any help will be appreciated.
