pleo2005 Just to let anyone know what seems fixed with this update.
I found before the update that songs on an album would play in the wrong order even thought they were numbered 01,02 etc. They now play in the correct order.
It does seem a bit more repsonsive and the sat nav actually pronounces words better.
The USB stick with MP3's on used to index a lot, now it has only done it once

I am looking to update the software but not sure which Language pack to use (i know they all have EN-GB).
I have registered on Ford India and check my VIN number and it says an update is available and has given me the update name EA5T-14D544-AC

Any help would be appreciated
I used this one for mine:

Ironic) and they said they would not do anything to support my concern, roll back software, etc.

So you're only option is to stick with 3.6.2 if you want Travel Link to work in Canada. If you have upgraded to 3.8, you do have the option to roll back the software and big ups to @RedDen for helping me to do this.
Well before reading this post I updated my Lincoln MKX to v3.8 and yes lost travellink... Can anyone here please help me roll back to v 3.7 to get back my travellink.... @RedDen looks like your the person to ask for help on this one.... Thank you in advance.

alexp999 They all have EN-GB though, so that's why I wondered if it mattered.

I used the Ford India Owners site with my VIN and what that downloaded seemed to correspond to langpack 5 (EN-GB_ES-ES_FR-FR_PT-PT), so I think I'll give that a go...

Cheers btw, your links should allow me to update :D
It does matter, you have to make sure you are installing a pack with British English in it otherwise your voice commands for navigation will not work.
It is not so important for you though since you are in GB and British English is in every pack, so it might be just your preference what other languages you want to have
