Are you talking about night time lights? I know in my 15, if you have your dogs on they will turn on again every time the auto lights come on.

I was specifically talking about the DCT in the Focus specifically and while in concept it should shift faster but in reality it doesn't outperform a person regarding real world numbers. Yes,many DCTs do outperform a human but those in most cases are performing as they are designed.

I started to respond but remebered that I already had written what I was about to say in a reply to someone else in another thread where it was on topic. (No offense intended, just trying to break my own bad habit of too often straying off topic.)

This is false. The concept of DCT is that the next gear is engaged before the preceding gear is disengaged and it all happens faster than a human can do it manually, and has been doing so since 1982-ish. CFHGARZA I like that if you have the front wiper on and you put it in reverse the back one will turn on.

CanFocusFan Hi: All... First car I ever owned where I had to pull into a parking lot to read the manual to reset the "TRIP ODO". It's so simple once you "Read all about it". If we keep this car like our other Fords...10 yrs. I should have it all figured out before trade in time!!! LoL
