FatPete96 Alright cool, thanks guys. Does anyone know where I can get the mounting brackets for the spoiler? One of mine snapped because the spacer fell out somehow so I need to buy a new one.

AllCarFan he can still get springs from ebay (racecraft). The racecraft springs and struts are just eibach pros.

dirtbiker348 Struts and shocks normally need to be changed at the milage ur at. Im pretty sure they discontinued the ones that came on saleens but there are a lot of different setups u can buy.

AllCarFan I have an 05 saleen rides incredibly rough. My buddy over in AL has one too. We both have less than 40k miles on our cars. He thought his shocks were blown.

It is what it is, the car rides really rough. This 'noise' that you are talking about....kind of hard to diagnose from what you said. could be your wheel hitting your inner fender, wheel rub, bad bushing, all kinds of different things.

FatPete96 Alright, thanks man!

Kipp go in the regional forums for your area and ask around in there for some reputable shops in the area. i'm sure someone around there would have some info. or see if there is someone on the forums that lives near you and is knowledgable that can meet up and take a look at it with ya.

FatPete96 I just don't know where I can even take it. I would take it to Ford but they don't have a clue what they're doing with Saleen's and I live on Long Island but I don't know who around here would actually give me an honest opinion or know what they're doing.
11-09-2012 08:21 AM
FatPete96 It's got just under 76,000 miles on it.

Kipp how many miles on it? it could be that parts are just wearing out. could be the end links or a few other things.

Saleen Ford Focus S121

I'm curious on something. I have a 2005 Saleen Focus. It is completely stock, well stock Saleen at least. Whenever I hit like a speed bump or a rough part of the road and I'm not going 5 miles an hour it is REALLY rough and the suspension is making a decently noticeable noise. The car is not bottoming out or anything, it almost feels like the suspension is just so stiff. Is this normal or do I need to get that checked out?
