ViperThreat As far as I am aware, all foci 00-04 had the same visors. I've had similar issues with my visor, but instead of modding, I opted for a nice pair of sunglasses.

Redfocus44 I am talking about the small sun visor mounted to the headliner that swings down and or rotates toward the side window and contains the flip open vanity mirror. On newer vehicles, like my former f150, the visor can actually be slid along its mounting rod to change the area in which it provides shade. As I was driving, I found that the visor is not very big and has terrible coverage. it would be nice to be able to slide the visor towards the rear of the car when the sun is at your side.

mainest Welcome Red. I wanted blue, but got red, lol.
By "sliding sun visor" do you mean the interior cover on the moonroof, or the actual fold down one mounted on the headliner that folds down in front of the upper portion of the windscreen? The former is standard equipment, the latter is not, but a great idea. I don't believe they were available on Mk I or Mk II Foci. I remember them from the 60s and 70s vintage vehicles.

Sliding sun visor?

I am new to the forum. I live in Illinois, but I just picked up a 36k mile 2003 svt zx3 from New York. I was hoping to find a red svt (as you can tell from my screen name) but the one I got was blue. Just could not pass up the mileage. Traded my 09 F150 for it. Anyway, on the return trip home I missed the sliding sun visor that my F150 had. Does any focus have a sliding sun visor like this and will it fit the svt? Any help would be great.
