2008 Ford Focus Cruise with a 5 speed is awesome because you can keep the same gear while accelerating. The auto tends to downshift too easily.

Kipp yeah, it just picks up the signal through the computer. all oyu need is the same as above. just get a new wheel with cruise control in it. install and take it to the dealer to get it activated.

Rabbitccc Cool. So I assume both those shutoff switches are already there.

Kipp yes you can. same process as with an auto. only difference is the manual has two shutoff switches; one on the brake and another on the clutch.

Rabbitccc Might be a stupid question but can u add cruise control to a manual?

Yeah, me and a friend are going to do it ourselves, there's a real good thread archived here on how to do it: http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=279456 I know I'll probably have to rent a puller to get the old one off.

Kipp they have the tools for it. and if you can get it for around that price then it's a pretty good deal. Are you planning on installing it yourself?
