GauciNator Thanks a lot for all your help guys i appreaciate it!

Whats a good high flow?

what are you comments on MBRP exhaust?

tukaniSVT Well, TopSpeed did finish the SVT Intake Manifold. And that was resulted in a few extra gains on the top end.

ViperThreat I seem to recall that TopSpeed had a header that was a few HP over the stock SVT setup, but I never really investigated it.

I found that N/A Mods on the SVT arent really worth the money besides maybe a tune and a high-flow filter.

Stick with the stock header, and throw a high-flow cat, or maybe even a ORP on there, and call it a day.

tukaniSVT The SVT headers were fabricated and developed by Cosworth and have been proven as the best out there over all of the 3rd party companies.

As for the Mazda3, that's a duratec engine to start with and the SVT is a Zetec engine, so that's where the difference mainly starts.

jetrinka It won't work. Totally different engine and setup. Keep the stock manifold. Its proven to be the best design out there right out of the box. Unless Tom ever produced that square tube header I read about a while back.
