rebelx I have cruise on at 69 on the freeway ('14 DCT, stock everything). Rolling hills and some flat areas, but with one large grade thrown in there (bad on the way up, nice on the way down as long as I don't have to brake). I'm slowly moving back to 38 mpg; took me a while to fix the 1.5 mpg loss that the local dealership service staff dropped me to after driving 13 miles in my car (this was with about 3800 miles on the car when they took it, so it was broken in already).

It's going to be a bit worse now because of rainy weather, but I'm trying to get to 40 mpg!

Check the air pressure in your tires... COLD, before you leave your house (not after you drive down the street to the gas station). Make sure it's at recommended pressure. Makes a HUGE difference in mpg.

morrjr I have a 2013 SE hatch with DCT and AEM Dryflow drop-in filter (no snorkel delete). The car has 39,000 miles on it: the first 33,000 were put on by the previous owner. The last time I checked highway mileage (about two weeks ago) I got 38.6 MPG running at 65 MPH on cruise control.

Dickeys2014SE under normal driving conditions and if im not late to where i need to go:
45mph - 40/45mpg
55mph - 38/40mpg
65mph - 35/37mpg
70+mph - 33/35mpg
These vary depending on occupancy, fuel level, which highway I am driving and also if im staying at a nice steady speed. I also have a j2 exhaust, kn drop in with the lid off. I am putting the lid back on tomorrow for a week to see if i notice any increases or decreases in power and mileage. Oh and almost forgot i have a five speed se with the silver split five spoke wheels. I have noticed since the exhaust and drop in it is definitely alot easier to keep my mph steady.

chasedabase I drive 70 hwy miles daily to work stright up and down a hwy. It verys slightly depending on how late im getting up... but on 38.6 average. 80mph almost whole way. Did a test week doing 70mph averaged 39.2ish

Theblueoval Made a trip form Louisville to Rebel devil customs (About 160 miles one way) and averaged 41mpg. This is with a modified 5-speed sedan. Needless to say I was impressed.

66k miles on stock clutches

My daily commute is 5 miles city, 25 miles hwy each way.

Currently averaging 40-42 mpg depending on traffic. I've found anything over 70 and mpg really starts tanking.

Focus5spd This past Thursday we went to New Hampshire Motor Speedway at Loudon, NH, thru Boston at morning rush (used HOV lane) and back to RI, same route. A total of 278 miles roundtrip, average was 39.8 for the entire trip. Our SE has 31,900 miles and it seems the more mileage the better it runs. The best we ever got was 41.8 from Newark, DE to RI last year.

wideglide 2014 SE hatchback, 5-speed manual, about 1150 miles on the clock. Cruising 65-70, I'm getting about 37-38 mpg. I'm thinking that may improve a bit after some break-in miles.
