Also those that have gone from a 16" to a 17" .... is there really more road noise from the 17"'s?
If you want to reuse your OE sensors, you'll need to order a set of "rebuild kits" for them. Tire Rack has them and they're pretty inexpensive (under $20/set IIRC).

Tiger-Heli http://www.hubcaphaven.com/focus_wheels.htm - I don't have any connection with them, but ...

RonMaiden Yes,the sensors swap over fine but I sold my OEM ones with my 16"s and got new ones from Discount with my 17"s and got their on-line price out the door at the store and saved me over $300 from the in-store price.

I actually noticed no more of an increase in road noise or harsher ride going up to the 17" size.

RonMaiden Those Ford 18" wheels don't include hardware in most cases so follow that up if you buy those but the bad part is they are heavy at 31lbs. Aftermarket offers cheaper and lighter wheels.

jamnesta Jimco, Lists MSRP as $90, something ain't right. Difference would finance a trip stateside, considering the great gas mileage we get. This is basically employee pricing, or more considering the "up to 30% off"

Yes, lists at $239, I get employee pricing (retiree), so should be even better, but was impressed at that price for everyone else......until I started pricing tires in that size...ends up a bundle no matter how you slice it!
