TerryB Hmmm....my ac hasn't worked in a year and a half. Now, what could the second one be for ?

iminhell LOL

One is for the A/C and the other is for something else.

TerryB Boy, do I feel like an ass. I just looked and I have two of them. 6 years of owning my car and and I never noticed them. Now, why do I have two ?
10-12-2012 04:01 PM
iminhell Terry,
No. That is the 'splice' for the diode. Not the location of the component.

If you don't have A/C you won't have this diode.

Hi marcanjelo7,

You can give your local dealership's parts department a call; they'll be able to order the correct part for you. Additionally, you can check out http://www.fordparts.com to order parts yourself.

Do not put a fuse in it's place.

Go to Ford and they should be able to get one. I'm not sure of where else to get one.
