SvviftSVT and just for you Bryan
here is a teaser pic..

SvviftSVT i still have a few... just very minimal. when i finish the wiring up, i will post a pic.

and no. going to leave it in. the sub itself weighs like 7lbs.. not enough to make a difference in my eyes.
i can just go on a diet if i need to lose a little more weight in the car

02fordsvt No more LED's lol

Sounds good so far. Are you going to remove the subwoofer at the track?

SvviftSVT so finally an update that is worth a damn...
finally starting on my svt as a autox (empty prepared class) only car. the only other one is my buddy 71shadow with a zx3

condenser and fogs removed (going to route ducting to the brakes using fog holes)

headunit will be here. gotta have my music.. esp when the track is over an hour away

left the bolts to plug the holes lol

ripped out most of my leds and all excess wiring

only need a few things to be ready to race.. tires, battery, and to do my timing belt. i'm hoping for the february race to be my first race... maybe even the january one.

i will also be making a new box for my sub to go behind/under the driver seat and the amps will be behind/under the passenger.

i already have my cage picked out and will have it purchased and in by the end of next year, hopefully.

SvviftSVT Kraken will finally start to get built up for track use (autocross and circuit track)
it will still have base.. just an 8" under the seat.. hahaha
the Kraken will eventually have a Snail under the hood... can't wait..

cdbertrand So, pretty much un-krakening the kraken. Lol, subtle mods.

SvviftSVT no update in over a year...
not much of one here..
but the Kraken will be going under the knife to do lots of repairs/maintenance stuff.
got a house around the last update in this thread so i will try to keep it a little more updated...

plans in the near future:
go back to stock hood (just need to find the bolts for the latch assembly)
clean up under the hood and redo all hoses and loom all wires
repaint valve cover
strip interior
wire tuck as much as possible.
downgrade all audio
poly bushing all around
finish exhaust
coilovers
front splitter
custom rear diffuser

this will all be a very slow process... since i just got a Fiesta ST..
for those that didn't like the progress/path chosen with the Kraken..
the FiST will be kept mostly OEM (visually)
plans for the FiST:
STS
intake
tint
drop (but not slammed)
BASS (small but nice)
and i need to find a good location for a boost gauge (can't believe they came without one)

SvviftSVT thanks.
plans for under the hood will be looming all wiring.. new power steering reservoir and lines, new coolant reservoir.. and some intense cleaning. and adding the Big 3

can't wait to install my matching adj end links.
