02slvrfocus yeah i would change the hose since it got like that now but put a new one see what happens and let us know what happens after it gets hot

macdiesel Had this happen to me with a hose with over 100k on it. The hose is bad. Replace it or it will replace you.

02svtf300 i no its pressure build up once it dose this i took off resivor cap and released the pressure... and it went down

car was sitting because the rear calp locked up and was waiting on paycheck to fix it.

Also... i replaced the housing early summer with the CFM variant... useing the same T-state though. the water pump was done early summer too with timing belt and pullies

02slvrfocus why was the car sitting for 2 weeks??? what parts did u have to get. mine looks like that right now as we speak when it gets hot and builds pressure because my belt snapped off one day and wasnt spining the water pump and got real hot...it very well could be a blockage but i doubt it

maybe you can help

so the svt been sitting for two weeks wile some parts come in it started fine had some hazie smoke out the tail end but ran good... untill i poped the hood the larg hose in to the t-stat houseing is swolen somthing big

im changing it of corse... but would there be a blockage? t-stat stuck closed?

wen i turn car off it unswells some but the hose is done
