Hey Chaddz3,

I want to step in and get your regional Customer Service Manager involved. Send me a PM with your VIN, mileage, dealer, and contact number; I'll do the rest.

Thanks,
Crystal

Back to the dealer I go in the morning.

Hey thisiskevin,

I'm happy to step in here and escalate your case to your regional Customer Service Manager. Just send me a PM with your VIN, mileage, dealer, and contact number; I'll get things moving over here.

Thanks,

To be clear, when I took it to the dealer last time, they "Tightened up the shift linkage and re-flashed the ECU" They said that they could not replicate the problem but assumed that might be the issue.

Like I said before, its not an everyday occurrence. It will happen cold, hot, slowly shifting, quickly shifting, ect. I pinpointed the speed that I could consistently replicate it and hopefully They will be able to feel it.

I have an appointment on Thursday for a ride along with the mechanic so we will see what happens.

NOT taking it in and it is an adjustment, and then because you did not take it in...
you really do damage the gears..
Not a great idea.
Thanks for chiming in with the info, folks!

Have an awesome weekend!
