I consider undercoating a must on new vehicles. It kept my Grand Prix, an extremely rust-prone model very solid through our harsh winters so I'm definitely sold on it.
After that I'd get rust proofing if you want to go further, and paint protection is nice on a new car but since it's not a permanent solution (you still have to regularly wax/seal) I'd put it last on the list in order of priority.

|BlueFlik||Not sure what your winters are like, but if they're very bad at all,, I would recommend undercoating. Not necessarily from the dealer (I've always had a friend do mine), but especially if your roads are salted, it will make a big difference in the long run.|

|dodgeguy||I have never heard of rustproofing and undercoating causing more problems. Paint sealer is probably a high dollar wax job (maybe a bit more technical than that). They are going to charge dealer rates to do it. Just something to think about.|

Undercoat, Rust, and Paint Sealer from Ford
I recently bought my 2012 Ford Focus Titanium. I was hoping to find out if the dealer offered undercoating, rust, and paint sealer protection package is a good thing to have. I have talked to several people who have indicated the undercoating and rust protection will end up causing more problems in the long run.
If you know about this package, or have experience with it yourself. Please let me know your opinion.
