Pull the gas tank and and modify it for larger capacity. Or get a large fuel cell you can put in the back that you have a small pump in that will pump into the larger tank... like in the old trucks when you had to cycle / switch tanks...
I think tom also does economy tunes that may help you squeeze a MPG or two out of each gallon. Can't recall if he has ever gotten data back on how much more it gives you.

I wanna fill up every 4 days instead of three. its not a money issue its an annoyance.
As for that rumble, in my tibby i get the best rumble from 2k to 3k then shift. which is perfect for MPG.

If you make bank why are you worried about $4 a tank? Your saying you want to get 20 more miles on a a tank. That's less than 1 gallon. You might be able to get that just by pulling the spare tire ( you have road side assistance right?). And only filling up with 1/2 a tank... no need to drive 150 miles with 6-7 gallons of in needed weight.
Why 320 miles? Is that the number you need for a full work week with only 1 fill up?
If you want the rumble than your MPG will only be going down because you will use the gas pedal a lot more to hear that rumble... and its quite addicting.

I see almost 300 miles a tank. I want to see 320+ miles per tank. Plus I want that rumble
I make bank but I don't want forced induction on an automatic.

|sleepyboy||Sounds more like a tuned 4cyl while cruising and I noticed a tq increase or maybe it just smoothed the power band out? I also noticed that even with a tune already for the OBX header the car leaned out so I had to add a little more fuel at WOT. That really made it feel a whole lot better. It's still way too obnoxiously loud though, and I'm already looking into putting a resonator in it to quiet it down. After driving the SVT with it's quiet speed I would like some of that. Beside Yeller's way to loud for how fast it is any ways lol.|

|d20foci||My mpg wasnt affected with a tune and svt header,orp,2.5"flex. Without the tune however it was worse than without the header.|
