bbradUSMC I think the beeps are the seat belt indicator. Not sure why that is going off when I'm buckled and there is no passenger.

Changed my spark plugs, found some oil on the threads. Thinking that its a valve cover gasket gone bad after doing some research on here. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also ordered some DEA engine and tranny mounts. Hopefully doesn't take more than 2 weeks to get here.

Doing tranny fluid change. Any one used Royal Purple 75W-80 with a bottle of synchromesh? I wanted to use Redline MTL but no one has it on this god forsaken island.

EDIT: I decided to go with RedLine MT85 which is a 75W-85 GL4 which has synchromesh already in it. I wanted to use MTL but the only carrier for redline gear oil is back ordered for it. MT85 is a little thicker but i think it will be ok because Hawaii doesn't get cold weather. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Lastly going to change my oil and clean my MAF.

If any one else can think of something else to do for maintenance at 100K miles let me know.

bbradUSMC ok so the hood is out of the way, what about the spoiler?
Also while driving yesterday afternoon I started hearing beeps. They would come in sets of six every 45-60 seconds. I drove to work this morning and no beeps. Sounded like they were coming from the front passenger side. Any ever have this happen?

Are they identical hoods or do they have slight differences?

Couple questions on the 06 Focus I just bought

I have a large dent in the hood and want to replace it. What years will fit mine?

Missing the rear spoiler as well, what years will fit?

The airbag light is on in the instrument cluster. What does this mean? I do not have a manual just yet.

Thanks guys.
