valk_17 Power steering fluid will also burn under the same circumstances. At the dealership I used to work at, watched a car that came in for steering issues turn into car-b-cue when the porter pulled out of the service drive and turned towards the shop. Luckily it was out in the open and not in a bay already, things could have been MUCH worse.

1turbofocus People dont think Trans fluid will burn but put that on a 800+ deg CAT and stand back

Eh... AT fluid on the exhaust is what caused my one and only engine fire too.

FocusSVTFlint Sorry to hear about your Car...However I am grateful it wasnt is mine coming...for some reason the phones dont seem to work in NC right now...must be a technology problem with the state of NC...Please call me with a time frame for completion of our little project...

1turbofocus Part that sucks is I was at my place in Yucatan Mexico where this car stays most of the time ( flawless 09 Pontiac Vibe GT with some custom work)

You have to have Tourista Ins. here to have a US car here , they dont cover Rentals or anything that was in the car or anything extra about the car unless you paid for extra coverage which I did

On top of that we head home to the states on Sunday which creates an issue where nothing gets done till we get back here to Mexico

So only time will tell , its always somethng here , Its an adventure every day LOL
