If using spray, then soapy hot water, rinse, let dry, then spray with satin black paint. Looks very oem if you do it right.
If you want to maintain the chrome underneath for future selling on, then plastidip, but it won't look quite as oem.
You could always rip out the lights from that honeycomb and fit them to the original panels.
OT: I hate that separated led look on new cars, it looks so cheap...like it looks aftermarket. I much prefer a solid bar of light to individual leds.

You didn't buy a silver integra with powder coated purple wheels did you? My buddy just sold his lol

The steering wheel FEELS lighter, as if the car lost weight.
The ride is a bit stiffer though, like when going over bumps, but I like it.
When going over bumps, the steering wheel moves on it's own more, but interestingly the car stays on course. I'm not too keen on the science behind it but maybe that's why they call it "bump steer" haha.
I installed the bump steer kit while I had my 18" wheels on.
Yesterday I switched to my 17" stock wheels for some delivery driving, and the bump steer kit felt the same, almost lighter with the 17" setup, even though my 18" wheel setup is approx the same weight.
Another thing I noticed, which I'm not sure if I like yet, is that it made the steering slightly less sensitive, so I have to turn the wheel a bit more to get the same result. However, since the steering feels so much lighter, it hasn't been a bother yet, just not used to it yet.
I haven't done alignment yet, which Steeda recommended. Maybe that's why I'm experiencing some fishiness, haha.
Also... spoiler alert...
I bought a 1997 Acura Itegra GSR c1block! Don't worry though, the Focus isn't going anywhere! Eventually I will transition the Integra into my daily/work vehicle once I get more used to 5-speed manual (still novice)
