Blue5ive X2. Any decent name brand oil will be fine as long as you change it regularly and aren't abusing the engine.

sleepyboy I been using the Castrol GTX dino oil for ages now, and I also use Mobile 1. Oil is oil to me and as long as you change it regularly I don't think it will really matters what kind you use.

Also to the OP, there are countless threads on and about oil on here. I'm surprised this thread hasn't gotten any bigger than this and I am happy about that, cause they usually get way our of hand with opinions.

Fo' SHO Hey, h8trs gonna hate! I run castrol "edge" as it is now called. I run it because I am so used to putting it in BMWs. I figured since they run it for 15 to 20 thousand miles I can do it for 6 or 7 easy lol

Dark 007 Walmart's Super Tech, with Motorcraft oil filter. I've been using that brand for a while now, and it's not bad at all.
