bespurcell I have the exedy stage2 its a little aggressive for normal daily driving but has held up great for about 20k miles and counting including a fair amount of track time, for a n/a car id imagine the stage 1 would be plenty for occasional abuse.[/QUOTE]

I couldn't find a stage 2 exedy for the svt so I was thinking maybe CM. It says the stage 2 holds the same as stage 1 but lasts a lot longer.

you do not need to change nozzles just the jets
in florida there is no law against the usage of nitrous on public roads

I ran 12.7 with nearly stock SRT-4, 30lbs heavier than I am now, but I took out the pass seat, spare and rear seat to compensate. 1.78 60ft time, M&H slicks (23x8.5x15) on PT Steelies.

Bottles aren't for babies they are for people that don't want to drop alot of coin to make power. I love nitrous, its fun, its easy and its cheap (relatively speaking). You can make a ton of power with nitrous, its just people chicken out way before getting there or break something, which gets more jeers than blowing up a turbo setup which happens more often IMHO but people actually get props for spending more money???

What a strange world we live in...

With the power you make you should be running 10's, not 12's, even at 300+ you should be running deep into the 11's. Hell I know a 2nd gen Escort that runs 11.2 at over 120mph with full stereo installed, makes over 370hp on a boosted (b trim T3/T4) SPI engine.

Don't make excuses GET IT DONE!
How am I making excuses? I have hypothyroidism, diets don't work for me. Believe me, I done everything from Atkins to Weight Watchers. Also, muscle is lighter than fat? You sure about that? lol You did mention bodybuilding.com though which is the kind of answer I'd expect from that site. lol

We're not talking about a 28lbs difference. We're talking about a 200+lbs difference. When we're talking about 2,500lbs cars, that's a big difference.

There's also no way this car is going to run low 11s with 300whp. Maybe a RWD car but not FWD and not with anything over 2,200lbs. My runs were with the factory radio, passenger seat, headliner, speakers, SVT sub, half tank of gas, etc...

I'm a fat guy at 255lbs and don't have nearly the extreme weight reduction that he does. Imagine if my car with driver was as light as his setup and I weighed as much as that little fart does. lol I'd be in the 11s already so for me to be running close with him with a worse 60ft and with extra weight on worse than stock suspension (Eibach Sportlines with stock shocks), I'd say I'm doing pretty good.

I was still the first in the 12s and did it on the stock manifold. That can't be taken away. Sorry but bottles are for babies, real men get blown!
