beat3rfocus I cleaned garage, removed radiator, fan, generator, plug wires, and took a bunch of pictures of the engine bay and how things are mounted/ran.

Tonight will be remove starter, and hopefully seperate motor from transmission. Along with mount engine to the stand. I'm thinking the head should be done today, so I can grab that after work if it is ready.

I still need to break down the entire motor to get it machined, then order parts and rebuild.

wordyahurdd Sup all!

ACHOO came over last night and we did some work. He mounted intercooler pump/installed IAC/swapped injectors while I bolted down the intake to head bolts. Then we installed brake booster hose, injector harness, alternator bracket with new pulley bracket. Then I got the alternator rear bolt in and am working on the forward bolt but I called it a night as it was 11pm.

Hoping to mount heat exchanger tonight/coolant lines/figure out electric situation for the pump, cruise control module then reinstall motor mounts & maybe even fluid fill the coolant and oil!

Aku BTek Magic post for welded goodies. (Section taken right out of build thread)

First step is to mount the IC. I requested that I was able to retain all the factor side grill plastics as I wanted this to look very OEM from the outside and boardline steath / sleeper mode. Using the TR8C Treadstone intercooler this proved no easy feat as the cooler is very large. So custom ends tanks had to be fabbed.

That's all for now. More photos as more work is complete and he sends me updates.

Essentially bolt up pwsc, alternator, route belt, fuel rail, plug in all connections, mount fmic & coolant tank, route fmic hoses, fill coolant & oil, load tune and go!!
