They make flanges that adapt the IEM/Head to accept alternative turbochargers.

Ex:

Mountune

ATP makes kits with the appropriate flange, ex: GTX2871

And there are numerous others just a quick google search away.

Given the water jacket is mere millimeters from the outside of the exhaust flange of the head you can't really cut the integrated manifold off without messing the head up. You'd have been better off with either a different turbo flange that mated to the head or if you must trying to put a non integrated head and trying to fit old school turbo exhaust manifold. Good luck with finding out if the NA GDI head will work without raising the compression ratio too much.

The o.e. turbo is a K03 variant.

budman5023 I will be getting my motor mounts replaced then a ford racing intake and steeda SCT tune and later on a ford racing exhaust system. I can't wait.
