I need to take it back in again, the repeat repairs with this car are frustrating.

It took my two visits to get the door check replaced when it was broken and popping loudly. The first time they fill the door panel with grease that a year later now still clouds my mirror and makes it hard to see when driving soemtimes. Ugh.
Hi lee50guru,

Send me your information so I can bring this to the attention of your regional customer service manager. In your PM to me, include your VIN, dealer, mileage, daytime phone number, and full name; I'll ensure your information gets into the right hands.

I had a rattle I thought was coming from the passenger side as well that stopped every time that seat was occupied. Like when a technician rode with me. Turned out to be the HVAC vent under the passenger seat - this is a plastic "s" shaped piece that directs air from below the floor to above.

This is easy to fix with a bit of felt. Don't know of this is your issue, but take a look.

Might be the screw inside the red reflector. Just unscrew it and put in a rubber washer or some foam. Shuts it up.

Gah, skipped right over that earlier. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

Have any of you narrowed your rattle problem down to something in that area?

I've heard that from some other people. Nice job finding it. I think there is more than one rattle on the right side of our cars. Some on the inside and some on the outside.
