MattZX3 that type of cleaner is not going to get puke stains out. You NEED to use a cleaning solution, like woolite, and extremely hot water. Better if you had access to a steam cleaner(actual steam cleaner, not the little green machine that i use).

True, HOT steam will disinfect as well as remove the stains.

AceFrehley03 I went pretty easy on the cleaner. At least, I'm pretty sure I did. 48 hours later, it's still there and bone dry to the touch.

mikebontoft hi, to FF!

I'm just guessing but maybe you sprayed more than you thought? I've sprayed cleaner in mine before and soaked it a little more than I wanted. it took about two days to go away, so right now I'd say you could still be fine.

Turtle Wax oxygenated upholstry cleaner?

Hey all,

I've used previously (and had great luck with) Turtle Wax's "Oxy Power Out Upholstery Cleaner" but I ran into a problem in my charcoal black cloth interior in my SES.

On the back seat I had a small area that needed cleaned where my son, well, threw up. It worked awesome, and left no evidence that there was ever a problem whatsoever. Well, I decided to use it on the front passenger seat as well as there was a couple small areas. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as well as the rear seat.

It cleaned the spots, but now the seat looks as if it is still wet in the areas I sprayed (I.E. it's a little darker than the rest of the seat, and it looks like hell) and it's been over 24 hours.

I don't see any difference in the upholstry between the front and rear seats, so I don't know why this happened. Anybody had similar experiences? Any luck getting it out? Thanks all.
