Well weight hasn't moved much...maybe 5lb's
I can wear 1X shirts again & i had to go buy new jeans last night...was in a 48 waist...now in a 38 again after 20 years....

I'm doing between 24 to 30 oz's a day. Some days 40 oz's and 2 liters of water.
Haven't needed a multi-vitamin yet.....energy level has been insane..

How often do you drink your juices? How many ounces per juice?
It was mentioned that a multivitamin and B12 supplement was also included. What should I look for in a good multivitamin? How many do you take a day? Same question for B12.

I'll be losing a ton of weight in a few weeks... Moving out of the girlfriends place.....(rimshot?)
BUT the apartment I am looking at moving to has a 24hr workout room, indoor and outdoor pools, sana, and tanning bed. Looks like I got my winter cut out for me.
Not only am I hoping to get back into shape, but might just be buff and tan as well!!

Good job guys. I'm the heaviest I've been now. I'm 6'4" 220. I'm going to try this and hit the gym. I need to cut out pop and energy drinks.
On another note. My friend was 5'11" 345 and he has gastric bypass in June and he's 170 now. The doctors couldn't believe how fast he lost the weight. He just started working out again. He never thought he'd be a size 30 waist. He does have loose skin, but he's almost half the weight. It worked very well for him and insurance paid for everything. Not saying this is the answer, but he couldn't be happier.

Very proud I need to motivated I surf everyday and eat pretty decent

I'm going for 200 - 220.....Hope to see that by April. Goal is to see 250 by Christmas.
April will be 10 months of juicing. Only thing i have changed is i juice Monday - Friday and Sat & Sun eat salads or grilled salmon. Been averaging 8 - 10 miles walking a week.
I know now every pound i lose now is fat....no more water weight.
Either way i'm feeling great.....more energy....wife likes it.... and hope next Heart Doctor visit med's could be gone...
