The center cap itself measures 54mm. Converted to inches that's 2.126. So I ordered Tim's 2-1/8" (2.125") decals which is a fixed size he offers thinking a silly thousandth of an inch can't make a difference.

If you look closely at my photo blown up you can see the blue edge of the original cap. Am I picky? Yes. I talked to Tim about it and he said too large and the sticker would not adhere to the rolled edge of the cap. Overall it's better than the blue. I would have appreciated just a bit larger in diameter and think it would have adhered OK. Even a half millimeter larger is 2/100 of an inch.

I'm not sure exactly what the standard preparation is. It sounded like layers where the image would be a cutout in the top layer with the bottom layer showing through. I got it such that there may be another clear layer on top that seals the edges of the art from fraying. Not sure if this is exactly the process but the surface is smooth. Costs more for this approach.

I got black with brighter silver ford logo for my wheel center caps. Will do the hood and hatch logos later.

For me it was a no brainer to get these for the black wheels. I've only owned this car since last September and the factory blue caps bothered me to no end until I got these. Took me a couple of months to make them a priority after a bunch of other stuff for the car.

I guess I could or should just email them ask find out first hand.
I got mine from a local person and it was definitely a domed gel overlay that you stick onto the existing badge. Not sure what TFB supplies. But yes, to have it say Ford you'll select OEM.

I found best response when I called and talked over the phone. By email it might be 2-3 days before you get a response.

As for getting the Ford logo it was not clear to me either what to select although there is an area online that you can write in any instructions and could explain your preference there.

The ones I got from tfbdesigns.com did not strike me in any way as a gel format. It was a sticker type material. I've used the gel type on a previous car from a different provider and it was noticeably a gel style. The tfbdesigns stickers that I got for my wheel center caps shown in the picture above were just that - stickers.

With the differences in the NA and ST engines do you think the oem St piping and charge pipes, etc would have any obvious fitment issues?

They are not just stickers. They are gel overlays. It's think and squishy (for lack of a better word).
