Thank you, it took 8 hours of sanding to get the shitty black powder coat off. It was not fun, but I got em ready in time for the next day.

I used that Metallic stuff Norcalfocus01 suggested a while back.

And I finally found a clear coat that does not run white if sprayed in excess. The 2000 degree stuff, it is needed to be baked, but a heat gun can get that done, and you really only need to heat it up once, and then the heat from the brakes will do the rest.

Couldnt hear anything DJ, sorry lol. had my windows up, AC blasting and music on when I left.

lol, after I wrote that, I actually thought to myself, wait it was hot as hell, he probably had the A/C blasting with windows up.

Hopefully this new header will make it so window down or not you hear it.

I'm aware. I process the images on multiple displays too, to check my work. I'm satisfied with how they came out.

I'm thinking of holding onto my OE painted 17s as my winter rims and going with some Pro Race 1.2S 17x7.5s (Down to either those or the Enkei J10s, which are the only other 'affordable' wheel I like in 5x108) with either Pirelli P-Zero 225/45/17 or the Dunlop Star Spec Z1s as my summer setup. Hopefully after a drop on some H&Rs that fitment won't be too aggro.
theres a guy on FJ doing some group buy stuff on the TD wheels if you havent seen it yet. id def go that way!
