sailor Electronics rep. (Ford IV Team) mentioned no current Ford Service coverage at the moment a little while ago when they showed up to answer some questions.

Not the first mis-information from the dealers by a long shot.

On another note, I don't think I've seen any of the ford reps lately. In years past they reached out to each person who came here with a problem.

I will say that both times I got the F revision.

When my clutches were replaced end of 2015, I was told that they were the F revision clutches (which at the time, were the newest available for replacement). Now whether that was the case, I'm not particularly sure.

It's just odd having your car gone and out of sight for any number of hours/days and expecting that the service work was done exactly as ordered.

For example, I had a minor replacement that needed to occur, but the techs forgot to do that job. At time of pickup, I was advised that all my other work was complete. If I did not carefully read the pickup/invoice order, I would not known that my additional work was not complete (luckily, under warranty).

I digress. I'm going to send my service adviser an email and confirm if the listed parts.

He had told me that as a courtesy, they're fitting me in 1-2 weeks instead of the national 8-10 week wait. They're essentially taking someone else's order and applying it to mine, likely, because of the high rating that my car threw out on their machine (cars over 250 get replaced; mine was over 1000). Sorry, random person!

I guess I will have to confirm before and after to verify which part number was replaced and make sure it matches your guys' quoted part number.

When the clutches were replaced on my 2012 in April they mentioned that the latest fix was from November 2015. Didn't ask what rev. that was.

Yes--that's the same clutch I have (likely revision F) and is apparently no longer the most recent one.

See my recent post here where I detailed what I learned today with revision G (as I'm calling it).

I should be getting a new one in the next couple weeks.
