2006 ZX4 2.0/5 speed, 151k miles purchased new. It was my dd until the wife killed her Taurus in 2009. Moved it over to her and she ran it ragged. New clutch, alternator (2), battery (2), and plain drove it into the ground. I got it back with 90k miles, rebuilt the suspension, brake system and other minor fixes. Recently it's gotten a CAI and started stockpiling he parts to replace all the bushings and worn out suspension come spring. It's going down 2" with new wheels and tires, coilovers and a full set of prothane bushes. It needs a rebuild of the trans because 3rd gear synchro is dying. Paint is still ok, interior is still nice and the D-Tec still goes strong.

|thomsonhate7||My bad, I didn't clarify. I was referring to engine components. Transmissions however, I am on my third rebuild. Last one was just over a year ago at 366k.|

I'm far away from the 100k (miles) from any current Focus.
The only one that did go over was the thrashed SPI with ~136k...good riddance ... never liked that engine anyway.

I bought a lil' red ZX3 one time that had 261K on it, but wasn't the original motor.
Best I've gotten was my 2001 Cloud 9 White ZX3 that had 177K on it and that was the original auto trans too. Reverse clutchs went out in it and I still drove it for over a year and a half as a Daily.
Sold it for 1K as is lol.
Our 2000 SE Wagon is very close to 170K and is all original and an auto as well. We love that wagon.
It's like the lead Focus at my house. All 5 of us drive it when one of the other Focus can't do the job.
