IMO ford focus is a popular one... 1000x more than the ST.

I thought it was a safe bet.

Didn't want a mk1 or mk1.5 focus, they are starting to get old and on the road they show their ages.

And the mk2 was like meh compared to the mk1 and mk3.

In late 2011, when I did my research there was no aftermarket parts either for the Regular Focus and the ST.

Oh well, ---- happens!

Trade-in would make me loose too much money... well NEVER ever look at the past to make a purchasing decision haha
The cars & the market keep evolving. Just like Ford changed out the Zetec to the D-tech engines & the cars changed up. If you are buying a car to modify, go for the most popular one or search for what the aftermarket has to offer. If you really thought about adding a turbo on a n/a motor, I would of bought the ST, as Ford designed that as a package= 6spd, bigger brakes, suspension, ect. Great to take a step back & just look at how the cars have evolved & changed & why they did it. Don't be in a rush to buy a car, figure out what you want out of it & check the aftermarket for support. There are a few motor mods you can do & don't forget about the suspension & bbk's.

There may have been a few prototype systems running around, but when I heard the car in person after it had been modified with the current ST 3" cat back from Roush instead of the SEMA twin trapezoidal tips I think the supercharger was also removed. I did not hear any supercharger whine.

The whole reason why there is no Roush Stage Focus packages was based on their projections of making less power and torque than an ST for more $ than an ST would have cost so it was decided that people wouldn't buy it.

I think for a show they just put a mockup supercharger setup inside.

Laith027 Hey guys, would the Roush exhaust kit for the MK3 Focus? I know it fits on the ST but what about the SE?

No, those are all one off parts they made for SEMA, they do not sell them at all.
