|Marbs||More likely you broke something putting the new ones on, or got a defective knob. Pull it off and switch with another one and see if it works.|

|ses01||Hello guys. I got the knobs too for my 2012 focus and I have a little problem... After instaling them, the right knob is not working anymore. It goes round and round and the ac got stuck on the first possition(direct flow forward). Is there anything i might have broken when i took the old knobs out? I did some reasearch an i didnt find any info on removing the ac command console... Thank you very much...|

I just purchased these knobs in black/silver but they do not mount flush in my 2014 Hatchback. The clear plastic on the back is still completely exposed.... Any suggestions as to why?
I had no problem removing the stock knobs, but am reluctant to push any harder to install the new ones. I do not want to break anything. It definitely feels as though it is hitting something which keeps them from being flush... Has anyone else had this problem?

|rob_gray||Amazon also carries that type of knobs. Mine are on the way, $13.29 with my free prime shipping. They also have 4 colors, red, silver, black and blue|

Those are a good option but hard to come by.

|Ott_dont_touch_that||My wife was trading her 14 escape in and I snagged her dials. They are round like the ones on eBay and fit no problem! So if you know someone with a newer model escape see if they will trade knobs with you!|
