|Slo86GT||Seems like it'd be pretty easy on the 2012/2013 Focii. Just nab a junkyard AWD Escape drivetrain and I'm betting 75% of it would bolt up considering they have the same drivetrain options.|

Or you could go cheaper and use the CD240 Mondeo AWD 2.oL zetec configuration.
No one in the US has done this conversion.

IMHO, it's not a worthwhile swap either. You have to figure any swap parts you do find where probably better utilized in the chassis they came from.
Let's say you take parts from a DSM. Well can the zetec/duratec put out the kind of reliable power a DSM can? Maybe, but at what cost? The market for a DSM is huge and there are many ways to make serious power from them. With the zetec/duratec you're pretty limited and for big numbers you have to have fairly deep pockets ... then add to that the custom work to fit any AWD system into the car.
From a purely financial standpoint, it's not a wise move.
Hell, just look at the handful of RWD swaps and how they never become much.

Though I do agree we should have searched here, Im happy to answer repeat questions.
Probably the best platform to adapt to the focus is of the DSM type... transversely mounted engine, compact space, abundant (especially in jdm swap kit form) cheap depending on the setup and still fairly light and with good handling.... it just hasnt been done yet.
