And it can vary anywhere from nice "You know, that tint probably is darker than legal, you might want to get that fixed before someone ELSE writes you a ticket." To "Okay, here's an equipment violation ticket, you have two options: you can take the tint off the window right here while I wait, or I can have a tow truck come and impound your car until you authorize someone to remove it".
When you get pulled over, fully lower ALL the windows before the car stops and keep your hands in plain sight.

|mikesusz||wow i hadn't thought about how the backup camera plays into it. in the past i've tinted cars REALLY dark and at night i couldn't back them up. this time i was going to lean a bit lighter, but with the camera i don't necessarily have to.|

When I first saw those wheels at tirerack.com a few years ago I wasn't too impressed with the double ridge around the rim or the indentations in the spokes where they meet the rim, but seeing them on your car changed my mind. The shape of the rims also makes them look less bulky than the Titanium handling package wheels. Good choice.

|Scougar||I thought it was real cool having dark tint in my Honda S-MX.... until I had to back up, downhill, in the dark on a pitch black country road. At the time I wasn't used to the vehicle... but I would advise against it if you didn't have a camera.|
