Thanks, yes but apparently jmr061 has blocked inbound PMs

I am downloading "Gen2v3713build14122updatepackageNARev5.zip" now and I will try to roll it back to this version. hope it works.

The roll back process is the same as the upgrade?

I am new here.

I am from Argentina and here Ford doesn't have a site to download the updates as Europa and NA.
For some reason most Dealer don't know how to upgrade to Sync2 3.8 or Ford didn't give it to them so most of the Titanium with Sync2 here have v3.6.2 . Now since the MFT is the same as US here we tried download the version which comes in spanish but it's spanish from spain and instead of Mexico.

Now, I tried to installed the NA version but since I have 3.8 it says that it's updated. Do you know if I can roll back to Gen2v361build13171 and then installed NA version 3.8? Our MFT came in Spanish/English US so I assume it's the same as NA.

I appreciate your help.

Juan

pleo2005 Just to let anyone know what seems fixed with this update.
I found before the update that songs on an album would play in the wrong order even thought they were numbered 01,02 etc. They now play in the correct order.
It does seem a bit more repsonsive and the sat nav actually pronounces words better.
The USB stick with MP3's on used to index a lot, now it has only done it once

I have registered on Ford India and check my VIN number and it says an update is available and has given me the update name EA5T-14D544-AC

Any help would be appreciated
