i had a mk1 focus (2001) and that's how i knew about the seat bottom going forward. before kids i would leave the seats folded flat like that all the time. man the STUFF you could fit into that car with the seats down. brought my dining room table home in that car.

tnygigles66 I just leaned that if you hold the wiper switch back after you turn off the car they go up in service mode.

My Accord had that. Nice feature to drop all windows from a distance on a hot day.

Turn on your brights before you shutdown, they(the fogs) will come back on if it's still dark. In winter I'd do that at night and they'd be on in the morning.

Don't know about that, I shift in the 2-2.6K range all the time and have been sitting at full petals. Work is a 10 minutes city trip so its not ideal either.

"Global open / close" - it wasn't a std. feature or option on US cars but some of us enabled it in the Body Control Module firmware. I'm guessing the key trick mentioned is also enabled or disabled this way.

The same thing is true on my '13 Titanium. If I turn the fogs on when the auto lights are on, they will turn off first before the headlights. But, when I'm driving under a bridge, heavily shaded areas, or just before sundown, they all turn on at the same time.
