thomeskimy Hi.., Mine is 1500 miles. It still looks good and steady. We haven't had any issues with the stock belt other than getting a little warm when we were riding hard on the dunes with our turbo 900's.

GodLovesUgly better safe than sorry.
i'm @70k and i'll be changing my timing belt before i install my turbo.

SVTF410 Yes if it was me i would replace it. Your already going to have alot of the major components off for a timing belt change so it would make sense to. Plus if i has never had one being an 04 with 70k i would, and also because the added load your going to be putting on everything.

Timing belt replacement before install??

Just curious i have a 2004 Zetec with 69k Miles on it and i plan on installing a JRSC W/BBK should i be replacing the timing belt before i do this install just to save on the labor and hassle of having to replace it with a supercharger on it? I want some peoples opinion before i do this Thanx everybody!
