sleepyboy The internet is a deal breaker, thought I made that clear? I mean if I can be out in a air conditioned shed surfing the internet late at night for scrupulous things then what's the point in living, am I right?

sleepyboy Soo, I may have an opportunity to move into a smaller cheaper house for very little and sell and or rent my house out and either get paid by rent or have a really nice chunk of change in the bank.

No house payment
keep all income besides utilities
could build garage add on and another room
Has a fairly big shed that can be a/c'ed
Huge chunk of change in the bank
Living more within our means
Set us up for the next stage in life (death lol)

50 min drive into work
smaller house
no garage (for now)
no concrete for car work (for now)
over 1hr drive to see any of y'all
possible questionable internet access (this could be a deal breaker honestly)
