Still doing this routine ... I have taken a day off here and there, but still doing it.
Just finished "Legs & back" followed by "Ab Ripper X" ... I'm tired ...
Together, that's about 70 minutes of hard work ... took me a little longer than that to get it done, and I skipped a couple of exercises since I don't / won't lean my sweaty back against my painted walls to do the "Wall squat" exercises ...
And of the 349 reps in the "Ab Ripper X" I, once again, did 230 of them.
There are certain exercises that I just can't do all 25 reps like the people in the video, but I figure even 10-15 is better than none
On a side note, I went to get a haircut today at my regular place where I go about every 3-4 weeks, and the girl couldn't believe how I looked, she said I looked great :) , first words were "did you lose weight ?"

|Mustangadam68||I started these tapes at the beginning of the summer and got about two weeks in and then i got super busy and haven't got back to them. I really should get back to them. But i do have to say that in the two weeks I did lose like 6-8 pounds and noticed that my pants were actually loose.|

I started week 6 yesterday, and I do plan on finishing the 90-day program ... we'll see how many days it actually takes me ... I know it's gonna be more than 100 ... lol
But I still have people that haven't seen me in a while, comment on how much weight I've lost, and I see it myself in the extra muscle built, and in the extra exercise reps that I can do now, compared to when I started.
As far as body fat, I'm still at about 20% .... but was as high as 35% at one point, in my younger days, or maybe just last year when I weighed 275 lbs, don't know for sure since I think the last time I was measured for body fat I think I was in high school (about 18-20yrs ago ... lol)

About to start today, actually. Planning on doing the "lean" version, since I care more about cardio and toning than building muscle. Currently 6'0" 175 lbs, but about 20% is body fat :/

|Jetta555||dude im half way through month 2 and i went from 235 to 214 and when from a 42 to a 36 in that time :) and for sure the first week was i was hella sore. this is one hell of a work out for sure and cant wait to see final results|

ok I seem to remember something about him giving me $10 if I win too. ha.
oh right I forgot to mention the idiots that built our house and my dorm thought it would be nice to make flush door frames. not sure if that's a problem or not. lol.
I got the videos at least.... gonna see about the rest of the stuff. cant' afford any of it that's the problem :P
