I know lots of people who have hella dark tint ... because they are just plain ugly ...lol ...

Zab It looks awesome, I like it...
And as far as window tint goes, I have 20/5 and haven't been pulled over yet, and on the eclipse Izzy has 15/5, his has been like that for like 3 yrs now and haven't been bothered about it, we roll with the windows down for the most part anyways

Don't forget that your Solar Tint can be anywhere from 3-10% on top of your tint!

Pattacular Ok so to clear up some general AND personal confusion, I went and looked on the TX DPS website and it says the following:

Side Windows to The Right and Left of The Driver
Sunscreening devices can be applied to the side windows to the right and left of the driver if the following conditions are met.

Sunscreening devices, when measured in combination with the original glass, have a light transmittance value of 25% or more.
Sunscreening devices, when measured in combination with the original glass, have a luminous reflectance value of 25% or less.

FocusFreak09 I havent been stopped either in my car and i have i think 20% but maybe 25% on the front and 5% on the back. in my old buick i got pulled over for my tint and i haf 35% on the front and 5% on the back. Cop used the lil machine to check but of course it was legal.

I have not been stopped yet for tint...I running 20 front and 5 in the back. guy said they probably wouldn't worry about it being military and all.
