Miztaken1312 Just a quick tip for those still having issues, it's so much easier after the car has been sitting in the sun for a few hours. Then just push down on the bumper on either side of the Ford emblem, and pull gently until the clips come undone. Don't force it. The previous owner of my car got a bit impatient, and tried ripping the damn thing off. The broken tabs are evidence of this.

CriticalMass I haven't had to replace a bulb yet, but I'm on my second one to start leaking and taking in water. Last time it was the passenger side. Which I had Ford replace under warranty, this time it is the driver's side, which I will be doing myself and from what I have read it is pretty much an all-weekend job to open them up, scrape out the old "glue" apply new glue and clamp down for 12+ hours. heh.

bikerboy700w This is crazy. I've never had such a hard time replacing head lamps. I can't get the grill off!

Mine too.

BradWhite For the two lower retaining pins - they no longer exist on mine. I'm assuming they're there as a little insurance against the lower bumper cover catches accidentally releasing. Those catches aren't going anywhere so bye bye retaining pins.

Yeah, it's amazing (and pretty scary) all what you can remove in a 2nd gen with just a flat head. I practically took apart my interior with it.
