Yup yup, I suspect in the future my next job will focus more on perks like shorter drive/more vacation etc. with a pay close to this new job.

Seems like I work through in cycles, find a job with awesome perks and ok pay, then move to a higher paying job with less benefits, then get a job at that pay scale but more perks, repeat.
