viney266 me personally. I avoid ALL enery drinks...I was around before them. don't think they are a good idea..And we are creting a WHOLE generation of ADD kids with their help :(

WiscoGTI I take them once in a while but I've never really noticed a substantial difference.

SlateTheGreat My buddy and I drank em before class, kind of fed off each other and got super wired. I drank it alone, fell asleep in 20 min

MacAttack I end up drinking so much caffeine in a day, I'll have to cut back before I try it again.

But all those B vitamins? That seems unnecessary, and potentially unsafe.

Yeah... I don't drink soda (well... occasionally I'll have a diet coke) and a 5 hr energy drink only for LONG LONG drives (ie... 10+ hr ones)... Coffee is always good, and in moderation, actually good for you :D
