True, but some people want a more custome look. Here is what I got from them through email.

leatherseats.com

These were the quotes they gave me. And my quote was for a more expensive orangish color.

100% vinyl kit.................................$599.00
Self-Explanatory

Deluxe leather kit..........................$699.00
Front row has full leather seating surface with matching vinyl side trim and backs
Second row has leather inserts only with remainder in matching vinyl

Premium leather kit......................$879.00
Front row has full leather seating surface with matching vinyl side trim and backs
Second row has full leather Center seating surface sections with matching vinyl outside bolsters and side trim

100% leather kit..........................$1299.00
Self-Explanatory

The Deluxe kit is the best selling package that we have overall for this application followed only by the Premium kit. I have attached 3D line art that shows the leather to matching vinyl ratio used on the "average" Deluxe and "average" Premium packages.

We also offer an option to upgrade the quality of the leather used in your new interior package. The upgrade leather line is referred to as the Ecstasy Collection and is a full line of top quality top grain Italian aniline dyed protected automotive leathers. The standard leather hides that we use are automotive grade, vat dyed, corrected grain leather materials which are above the average quality used in the US automotive market. That said, we have been using these European top grain Ecstasy leather hides for many years in our local custom interior fabrication division which typically caters to clients with unlimited budgets. All Ecstasy leather hides are a finished using only grade A Brahma Bull top grain crusts. The manufacturing process uses a fully protected aniline finish with a final layer of color pigment to ensure color consistency throughout the hide. Because the leather is a true full grain material the texture of each hide will vary from hide to hide and from part to part. That said a leather kit built using Ecstasy leather will fit and look better than a kit built using the standard automotive leathers. Because the Ecstasy leather line only uses top grain top quality grade A leather crust and is tanned at one of the most technologically advanced tanneries in Italy we are finally able to offer a leather that combines a superior hand (overall softness/feel/malleability/etc.) with world class durability. As of now we are only offering the Ecstasy leather upgrade on all of our local custom interior fabrication jobs as well as a selected number of our production leather kit patterns. If you want I can mail out some samples of both our standard and Ecstasy leathers for you to experience in person.

Ecstasy Premium leather Kit.....................$999.00
Front row has full leather seating surface with matching vinyl side trim and backs
Second row has full leather Center seating surface sections with matching vinyl outside bolsters and side trim

Ecstasy 100% leather kit.........................$1599.00

As for the dash and other trim panels yes there is ways to paint them, check out our how-to's and it will tell you the whole sanding and priming before paint process.

EDIT: here we go, this is how to change the color of the door material. http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=243997

Haha! Hell yeah! I'm so happy my tut got referenced!
Changing the inserts is relatively easy, just be super patient with it when pulling them off so you don't have to recreate them like I did. I looked into it and the best I could tell the easiest way to change out the seat cloth is just buy a new set of seats. I was hoping to change if for a lighter red that matches my suede but thats WAY too expensive for me :(

ViperThreat i wouldn't bother with trying to spray out the red in the seats. Either trade the interior pieces with somebody who has full black leather seats, or buy some seat covers that you like.

As for the panels in the side, you can probably trade thouse out too if you want, or you can follow the instructions, and replace the cloth to your liking.
