Wix 51516 is stock - I'm guessing they are using the 51515.
If so, it is the same thread, same bypass rating, same Anti-Drain Back Valve, with a few differences:
higher burst rating (290lb vs. 275)
and better filtration media = cleaner oil
For the techies:
Wix 51516: Beta Rating 2/20=14/31 OR 50% efficient at removing 14 micron particles and 95% efficient at 31 microns
Wix 51515: Beta Rating 2/20=13/23 OR 50% efficient at removing 13 micron particles and 95% efficient at 23 microns
That's about an 11% increase in oil capacity (cooler and lasts longer).

It's good to be local.
Once I'm up and running again, I'll give PTP another chance to do Me right. That is a damn good price, IMO.

|S0C0nFused||So how does this work. I order one, they send it then I send my old one in? Or do they need my old one 1st.|

|PSUrivie||How much total oil do you use when you add the bigger filter?|

|iroc34||Hey Tom, How do i get in touch with these guy`s. They are not in the vendor section. . Do you know if some one makes a kit for the zetec. Specifically a 90* adapter so the filter hangs down like the duratec. Tired of oil draining out of the filter all over the engine.. Thanks|

Would you happen to know the torque specs for refastening the four bolts of the adapter?
