UHHH... DHL stopped doing regular shipments inside the USA and are strictly an international shipping company as of about august 2008 ish... He is definitely not telling the truth there... and DHL much like UPS/FEDEX always gave TRACKING NUMBERS. Sorry he stiffed you bro, thats a big chunk o change. Good luck.

xecutionr i have sent money as a gift to people for items on here but there is a catch, in the comment box just put that its for a trade so that sticks with it, then when you contact paypal and say it was in exchange for something they cant say you lied and just "gave him the money"

Andrew I just reieved an email from him stating that he hasnt ripped me off. It was the first form of comunication from him in about a month. He says the bumper was shipped through DHL. That would have been almost a month ago he sent it. He has provided me with literatly no information. No tracking number, no info on where it was sent from, or anything of that matter.

I called DHL and they told me to basically sit on my thumb and rotate. ers

I'm so frustrated. I don't know what to think anymore. Basically I give up on it ever coming.

norcalfocus01 Thats good to know, I use wondering why I never got charged fees.

WRCwannabe if you have the money linked to your bank account it wont charge fees to send money.
if you have it pulled from your debit card/ credit card thats when they will charge you fees.

just saying.
paypal gave me a run around a couple of months ago. but luckily the seller or some shit came through

mikebontoft never send money through paypal as a GIFT. this is a perfect lesson of that too.

HOWEVER, if you still want to get around the fees with the protection of filing a dispute within 45 days, send money as PAYMENT OWED under the "Personal" tab. I've done it that way before I even knew they charged fees normally.
